Special message from CITA Ventures: (August 1st, 2025 Update)

Hello Friends,
It has been a few weeks since I posted an update. Thank you for all your support of Chris and his family during this challenging time. Your generosity is so much appreciated. We have made a huge positive difference to Chris and his family – both financially and emotionally!

If you are not aware, in May Chris was diagnosed with a rare form of eye cancer and went in for surgery in the beginning of June. The surgery was successful, and he was declared cancer free. Chris has limited vision in his one eye and follow-up surgeries are planned for October and January. Chris was able to recover at home, and he had a wonderful visit with his granddaughter Sylvie.

Starting in July, Chris was able to teach summer school and will resume regular paychecks. As we transition into August, I have decided to take down the GoFundMe and #GhostBoyStrong merchandise as we have successfully met our goal with the fundraiser. The special #GhostBoyStrong edition of his new book, The Ghost Boy of Erie Hall, will remain available until August 31, 2025. The official release of his book is planned for October 2025.

There is some exciting news on the horizon regarding the Erie Hall haunting and Chris is determined to be at paranormal and book signing events in the fall. Please continue to send prayers of healing and positive energy his way.
